Theo De Angelis is a Classic Physique bodybuilder and a Certified Personal Trainer through the IFBB Academy (International).

He began his journey in the sport over 20 years ago, gaining extensive experience in weight training and diet planning, reaching an advanced competitive level.

He has achieved outstanding results in the sport, including: 1st Place Mr. Santos Classic Physique Novice 2019, 2nd Place Mr. Santos Classic Physique Open 2019, 4th Place Masters Brasil 2023, 4th Place World Muscle Show Buenos Aires 2023, 1st Place Mr. Santos Classic Physique Open 2024, 1st Place + Overall Mr. Santos Classic Physique Master, 3rd Place Classic Physique Master 35+ Ronnie Coleman World Muscle Show Paraguay 2024, and 4th Place Classic Physique Open Ronnie Coleman World Muscle Show Paraguay 2024. He provides online sports coaching and is the author of several training and nutrition programs for athletes and non-athletes.
